Most concepts are delivered within 24-48 hours. If you're on a tight upload schedule, let me know, priority rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
How do revisions and A/B testing work?
I offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final result is perfect, which includes small variations for A/B testing (like text swaps, color tweaks, or layout shifts). Keep in mind that revisions cover adjustments to the current design, not a complete pivot to a brand new concept. Entirely new, separate concepts are billed as additional thumbnails.
What is your payment policy?
Projects require full payment upfront before work begins. For larger bulk orders, we can do a 50/50 split. Because every design is custom made for your specific video, refunds are not available.
